True staggered fitment
Different front. Different rear. That’s the point.
Real setups aren’t one-size-fits-all. Choose independent widths and offsets for front and rear wheels — tuned to your car’s arches, camber and stance — instead of buying four of the same and hoping.

Every Kaizen design is available in both constructions. Same silhouette, different build. Cast for presence on a reasonable budget; forged for the last word in strength-to-weight.

Low-pressure cast alloy, CNC-finished. The natural starting point for most builds — you get the design, the finish and the fit without the forged-tier price. Best for daily street builds where the look matters most.

Rotary-forged alloy — denser grain, lighter and stronger than cast at the same dimensions. For cars that get driven hard: track days, mountain roads, power setups where unsprung weight actually shows up on the stopwatch.

Why Kaizen exists
Built by someone
who actually cares.
From the moment I saw my first Honda NSX, I was done for. Cars were never about just driving — they were about making them mine. And wheels were always the first thing I noticed: the stance, the width, the way a car sat once it was done properly.
But buying exceptional staggered wheels has always been harder than it should be. Eye-watering prices. Generic fitments. Specs that feel deliberately confusing. “Custom” that isn’t very custom at all.
After two decades in eCommerce, I realised I already had the tools to fix a problem I’d been annoyed by my entire life. So I stopped complaining and started building. Kaizen is the result — wheels done properly, for people who care about the details.

Questions, answered straight.
Do you fit my car?
Almost certainly — every wheel is built to order, so we cut diameter, width, offset and bolt pattern to your car’s actual specs. Send us your chassis code or year/make/model and we’ll confirm fitment before you commit.
Why are front and rear spec’d separately?
Because real setups aren’t one-size-fits-all. Most enthusiast builds want different widths and offsets front vs rear — narrower fronts for clearance and steering angle, wider rears for stance and grip. We build true staggered sets as standard, not as an upsell.
Cast or forged — which do I actually need?
If you’re street-building for the look, cast gets you the design, the finish and the fitment at a reasonable budget. If you’re running serious power, tracking the car, or want every kilo of unsprung weight to count, go forged. Happy to walk through it with you.
How does the A.I. visualiser work?
Upload a photo of your car. Pick a Kaizen design, a finish, and a rough size. The visualiser renders the wheel on your exact vehicle so you can see how the design and colour actually land on your build before production begins.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Each order is built to spec once confirmed, then freight-shipped to your door with tracking. Lead times depend on construction (cast vs forged) and finish — we’ll confirm the timeline at quote.
Can I get a custom colour?
Yes. Standard finishes are Black, Bronze, Gunmetal Grey, Silver and White — but any custom colour is available on request, gloss or satin, two-tone, candy, anything you want. Just ask.
