Choose a design. Choose the specs that actually matter — including true staggered front/rear fitment. Preview them on your exact car with our A.I. visualiser. Then we build them, to order, shipped worldwide.
Kai·zen — the art of continuous improvement. Quality aftermarket wheels designed to your exact specifications — built with care, intention, and respect for the craft.
Most wheel retailers ask you to adapt your build to their inventory. We do the opposite — you pick the design, we build them to fit.
Pick one of eight Kaizen designs. Every one is offered in five standard finishes, with custom colours by request.
Diameter, width, offset — set independently for front and rear. True staggered fitment, tuned to your car.
Use the A.I. visualiser to see your exact car with the wheels on. Approve the build. We make them and ship them.
Every design is offered in five finishes — Black, Bronze, Gunmetal Grey, Silver, White — plus custom colours on request. All eight are available in cast or forged construction.

A proper JDM 6-spoke with broad flats, crisp triangular windows and an anodised badge set into one spoke. Motorsport presence for a street car with track intent.

Split 5-spoke Y-fork layout with a deeply concave face. Stealthy European performance-luxury — sculpted, technical, deliberately modern.

Dense cross-mesh face, stepped lip, exposed hardware. Old-school European presence with a show-quality silhouette for polished builds and period-correct icons.

Rounded, pillow-like 5-spokes with smooth transitions. Retro-sport friendliness — balanced and distinctive, especially on classic hot hatches, 90s coupes and tasteful restomods.

Flowing turbine spokes and a diamond-cut face. Premium grand touring presence for modern European sedans, coupes and luxury SUVs wanting elegance with intent.

Broader flat-faced 6-spoke, deeper dish, double-step lip. Clean, understated and tougher than a typical replica — street-and-track essentials stripped back.

Disciplined 10-spoke layout with a drilled hub ring. Function-first — it belongs in the pits, not outside a café.

Thick sculpted 5-spokes, extreme dish, full perimeter hardware. The loudest wheel in the range — stance-era drama, transforms the whole car.
Real setups aren’t one-size-fits-all. Choose independent widths and offsets for front and rear wheels — tuned to your car’s arches, camber and stance — instead of buying four of the same and hoping.
Every Kaizen design is available in both constructions. Same silhouette, different build. Cast for presence on a reasonable budget; forged for the last word in strength-to-weight.
Low-pressure cast alloy, CNC-finished. The natural starting point for most builds — you get the design, the finish and the fit without the forged-tier price. Best for daily street builds where the look matters most.
Rotary-forged alloy — denser grain, lighter and stronger than cast at the same dimensions. For cars that get driven hard: track days, mountain roads, power setups where unsprung weight actually shows up on the stopwatch.
Upload a photo of your car. Pick a design, a size, a colour. Get a preview that’s rendered on your actual vehicle — not a stock render. It’s how you commit to a build before a single dollar goes into production.
Launch visualiser →From the moment I saw my first Honda NSX, I was done for. Cars were never about just driving — they were about making them mine. And wheels were always the first thing I noticed: the stance, the width, the way a car sat once it was done properly.
But buying exceptional staggered wheels has always been harder than it should be. Eye-watering prices. Generic fitments. Specs that feel deliberately confusing. “Custom” that isn’t very custom at all.
After two decades in eCommerce, I realised I already had the tools to fix a problem I’d been annoyed by my entire life. So I stopped complaining and started building. Kaizen is the result — wheels done properly, for people who care about the details.
Almost certainly — every wheel is built to order, so we cut diameter, width, offset and bolt pattern to your car’s actual specs. Send us your chassis code or year/make/model and we’ll confirm fitment before you commit.
Because real setups aren’t one-size-fits-all. Most enthusiast builds want different widths and offsets front vs rear — narrower fronts for clearance and steering angle, wider rears for stance and grip. We build true staggered sets as standard, not as an upsell.
If you’re street-building for the look, cast gets you the design, the finish and the fitment at a reasonable budget. If you’re running serious power, tracking the car, or want every kilo of unsprung weight to count, go forged. Happy to walk through it with you.
Upload a photo of your car. Pick a Kaizen design, a finish, and a rough size. The visualiser renders the wheel on your exact vehicle so you can see how the design and colour actually land on your build before production begins.
Worldwide. Each order is built to spec once confirmed, then freight-shipped to your door with tracking. Lead times depend on construction (cast vs forged) and finish — we’ll confirm the timeline at quote.
Yes. Standard finishes are Black, Bronze, Gunmetal Grey, Silver and White — but any custom colour is available on request, gloss or satin, two-tone, candy, anything you want. Just ask.
